§ 80. REPORT OF COLLECTED FEES.

  • At least once each month, the clerk and the marshal shall each turn into the treasury of this municipality all of the moneys they have each respectively collected during the preceding month (including fees and commissions) and they shall each make written report thereof, under oath, to the mayor and board of aldermen showing item by item the amounts and sources from which collected, same to show all collections made since making their last preceding monthly report to the mayor and board of aldermen, and shall show what disposition has been made of the same, and they shall make reports as much oftener as may be required by the mayor and board of aldermen.
