That section of Baker Street beginning at the east right-of-way line of Catchings Avenue and ending at the west right-of-way line of Moody Street, located South of Block 6 of Avalon Addition and North of Block 4 of Elmwood Improvement Company's Park Addition in the City of Indianola, Sunflower County, Mississippi.
and, to convey by Quitclaim Deed to Supervisors District Nos. 1, 2 and 3 of Sunflower County (said Supervisors Districts comprising the South Sunflower County Hospital District) the aforementioned property, reserving such necessary rights for easements for municipal services and improvements, for a valuable consideration, and waivers of compensation and damages by the two above property owners that abut Baker Street.
