§ 26-7. Lands to which this chapter applies.

This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard (SFHA areas within the jurisdiction of the mayor and board of aldermen of the City of Indianola, which may be subject to periodic inundation by floodwaters that can adversely affect the public health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Indianola).
