§ 8-38. Application to present licensees.

Notwithstanding any provision in this article to the contrary, any holder of a privilege license from the city to engage in the business of the retail sale of beer and wine shall not be required to file the written application as provided for under this article, so long as such present holder renews his license at the same location or retail outlet. Rights of the present holder granted under this section shall not be transferable.
