§ 8-71. Definitions.
The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Commercial parking lots means those lots which are located in a location designated by the city as a commercialized zone and facilitates the parking of motor vehicles for certain business.
Light wine, beer and alcoholic beverages are as those terms are defined by and according to the laws of the state.
Public property means any and all streets, sidewalks, boulevards, alleys or other public ways, and any and all public parks, squares, spaces, grounds and buildings and any public parking lot within the city.
