§ 8-74. Condition prohibition of open container possession.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession, in open container, any beer, light wine or alcoholic beverages, upon any premises privately owned but used as a place of business open and accessible to the general public if and when the owner or proprietor thereof shall post any notice prohibiting either said consumption or possession or shall otherwise reasonably ask or notify any person of either such restriction.
