§ 8-94. Hours of unlawful sale or permitted consumption of alcohol.

It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to give away, sell or allow to be consumed beer, wine or alcoholic beverages in any establishment having an on-premises permit for the consumption thereof during the following hours:
(1)

On Sunday, from 2:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;

(2)

On Monday, from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.;

(3)

On Tuesday, from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.;

(4)

On Wednesday, from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.;

(5)

On Thursday, from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.;

(6)

On Friday, from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.; and

(7)

On Saturday, from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
