§ 2-116. Bonds.
Latest version.
Before entering upon the discharge of their duties, the various elected and appointed officers and employees of the city shall enter a bond in such amount as prescribed by the mayor and board of aldermen conditioned upon the faithful performance of such officer's and employee's duties.
