§ 50-58. Adoption of tax.

The mayor and board of aldermen hereby elect to make use of and adopt the assessment schedule for motor vehicles prepared and provided by the state tax commission as the basis for the assessment and collection of ad valorem taxes on motor vehicles located within its jurisdiction.
