§ 50-59. Collection.

The county tax collector is hereby authorized to collect the motor vehicle ad valorem taxes of the city at the same time and in the same manner that the county tax collector collects the county and state ad valorem taxes on such motor vehicles. Such collector shall receive fees for his services in making such collections as determined by the mayor and board of aldermen.
