§ 79. MARSHAL'S FEES.

All fees and commissions which the marshal of this municipality (other than as tax collector) is authorized to collect under the laws of this municipality at the time this ordinance is adopted shall by the marshal be collected and the same shall be by him turned into the treasury of this municipality, to its credit, and no part of the same shall be retained by the marshal.
